What have you done that you thought you couldn’t do?
If you are overwhelmed in these crazy times, please don’t give up. There is joy in dreaming and reaching.
Within reason, we can do the things we think we cannot. Okay, I’m not going to run a marathon without years of training, but if I wanted it badly enough… I could maybe do it.
I want to draw, paint, write books, spin yarns, weave, knit, and give back to all the people who have made my life so thrilling and peaceful.
Consensus knowledge says, “You can’t do it all. It’s just too late.” I don’t care. I’m doing it.
Is there something you really care about doing but have allowed your internal negative voice to smash the dream and stop you? Too old, too young, too poor, too tired, too late, too average, too … too … too
I’ve given away one of these shirts. And kept one myself to remind me that reaching for goals is revitalizing.. and giving up or lowering expectations is often harmful to body and soul. It’s the process that brings us joy as well as accomplishments. I call it reaching.
