Snowed in

I enjoy the down time in the winter. We aren’t “snowed in” but have about 4” on the ground and it’s all frozen solid. The sidewalks are tricky to maneuver over.
Is snow like that unusual for Arkansas?
I remember getting snowed in with you many years ago! It was beautiful and warm inside, and felt so safe and snug I hated to ever leave!
